SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the UK.

Postage and packing charges are displayed for each item.

Orders will be posted within 3 to 5 days of ordering (usually sooner), subject to full payment and all items being in stock.

Most of the items on our website are currently in stock but if there is a stock issue with your order, we will notify you within 24 hours.

If there is a possibility that your garment needs to be ordered from our supplier, this will be noted in the listing, along with the expected delivery times.

If you wish to collect an item seen on our website from our Cirencester boutique, please contact us and we will be delighted to help you with your purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Dessous Chics returns policy is simple and straightforward. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand the difficulties of online shopping for lingerie and swimwear. For this reason, we are always happy to discuss any issue over the phone or by email, to offer advice and help. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message with your name and contact number. We will return your call as soon as we can.

If you wish to return a garment purchased from Dessous Chics, simply post it within 14 days for either an exchange or refund...enclosing the following information in the parcel 

Full name and address

Contact telephone number

Reason for returning

Details about replacement (if required)

Unwanted garments must be returned at the customer's expense, in original packaging with all labels attached, untainted by tobacco smoke and in saleable condition.

Please use a tracked, insured service so that you are covered for any losses.

Provided the returned garment is as we expect it to be, we will, as soon as possible, either post your replacement garment or arrange your refund. Your replacement garment will be posted at no extra cost to yourself. This will happen within 30 days of us receiving the returned item. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

If you believe that your garment is faulty, please return it to us with a note explaining your issue (as well as following the instructions above). We will check the garment and contact you to agree the most appropriate course of action.
